Everything was lovely, MAGNIFICENT location really close to supermarkets and train/ bus station, beach, main piazzas, restaurants, bike hire and historical centre, really really nice experience. I stayed for 4 nights and appreciated the room, which was a nice size with balconies. A hairdryer, a bidet, and soft bathrobes were a plus. The staff and the host were all extremely helpful. The vibe here was quiet. They offered me ironing free of charge too.

My room was extremely spacious and updated with a nice balcony and fridge. the location was great and convenient, right by a supermarket and the center of Sorrento. - It was at a moderate distance from Ghibli Restaurant; I ate there a couple of times.

The rooms at The Reef were absolutely fantastic! They were spacious and comfortable, with premium bedding that made us feel like we were sleeping on a cloud. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. We truly felt at home.
Personally, I found the satellite channels on the flat-screen TV to be a bit limited. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in them.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, just a few blocks away from the main square and close to both the train and bus station. the rooms are clean, roomy, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. Guests appreciate the helpful hosts who provide excellent communication and suggestions for dining and sightseeing. the rooms also offer amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge, and some even have private terraces. the breakfast is described as the best of the entire holiday, with warm croissants, fresh cakes, yogurt, and amazing coffee.
Some guests mentioned that the hotel's location may give the wrong impression from the outside, as it is situated in the first floor of a building undergoing renovation.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with each room having its own balcony. The staff was great and very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the warm welcome and helpful information from Eugene. The property was nicely decorated and had everything we needed, including a small fridge and a terrace with a table. The location was convenient, with the train and bus stations within a short walking distance. Plus, we were able to explore the beautiful town and its surroundings easily.
One of the drawbacks we noticed was the ongoing renovations in the building. The disarray in the lobby, with wires and pipes sticking out, was concerning upon arrival.
